When one eats too much sugar, it causes an overgrowth of a yeast called Candida. It makes the tongue very sore and raw. The medical term for this is called "Oral Thrush" which is yeast overgrowth. The way to stop this immediately is to take cortisone. The way to stop it in a few days is to use a good anti-candida natural product called Candidastat. This helps kill off yeast overgrowth. Also, a good probiotic helps to kill off yeast overgrowth. The most important change to make is to stop eating too much sugar and taking antibiotics for too long.
