Ebay has them sometimes. You might consider contacting a seamstress who is used to unusual costumes and can reproduce things. I have a friend who is a dancers' seamstress, so weird costumes don't phase her, she only needs a picture to reproduce anything. Alex's version is for playing cricket and you can actually buy those in Europe. Here is a link with suggestions on how to make one that looks realistic:

How can I get a custom made Clockwork Orange codpiece for a screen accurate costume?
I have $100 to spend on it. The ones floating around eBay are horrible. This needs to be screen accurate. It should not be hard if one just uses a jock strap and a bit of padding. Let me know if any of you wish to tackle this if you are good at sewing! You can see my costume progress so far at http://clockworkorangecostume.blogspot.com
