Yes, you should be concerned. If the siren goes off, that means it is a tornado WARNING which means a tornado has been sighted, and you should take cover immediately. Trailers do not offer you any more protection than being in a car. You should leave your trailer and go into a sturdy building with a bathroom or go into a ditch and cover your head.

Tornado warnings usually give you anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes of time to get to a safe place. If you are at a campground, ask the attendant what the local procedures are for your area. Under no circumstances is it safe to remain in a mobile home, trailer, or car during a tornado.

I am a certified storm spotter, and I have seen up close what the damage can be after a tornado. Even I take cover rather than attempt to chase the storm.

Wow, that sounds scary. I'm from the south and I'm terrified of tornadoes. My son actually saw one a few weeks ago while he was driving. You should stay tuned in to your local news to see what's going on and how close it is to your location!!
