As they are all quite similar most point and shoot cameras the best way to decide might come down to price and or accessories. (Does one come with more memory, batteries, cards, etc...)
From my personal experience the Canon point and shoot cameras are not built with the same quality as that companies professional camera, out of the ones you mentioned the Canon is the only one I can warn you steer clear from.
