It was officially canceled by the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution, which prohibited slavery in all of the United States. The Amendment was ratified on December 6, 1865 when Georgia's legislature voted in favor of it.

In 1854, the Missouri Compromise was repealed by the Kansas-Nebraska Act.

Oops. My mistake. This answer is correct. My answer was about when slavery was repealed in all states, rather than just the Missouri compromise.
