this is the fault of the corporate executives who view the dollar as the pinnacle of success. Could the Gov't have regulated more / less? Sure. But if I start a business, and it fails, who's fault is that? Mine, and mine alone. These execs are begging congress four OUR money, because they can't run their companies correctly.
And WHO is at fault is largely irrelevant anyway. We're here, in the mess ow, and no amount of finger pointing is going to change it. We need to look forward now.
Although, from the way your question is worded, I doubt you'll accept any answer other than "Yes, it's that secretary-boning-lowlife's fault."

No, he's not. And to be fair, I don't think it's Bush, either. this is the fault of the corporate executives who view the dollar as the pinnacle of success.
