Do you think rapper Shyne should be released from prison?

Personally, I don't think very highly of anyone involved in a gang or territorial related shooting / killing. However, the criminal justice system gave Shyne a sentence, and he served it. While I hate the idea of such a barbaric idiot wandering the streets again, he has served his sentence. Keep your fingers crossed that this menace doesn't go after anyone else.

The rapper should be released from jail. He committed the crime and did the time. There is no reason that the state should keep him in custody,if he has an immigration issue i do not see why is it so hard to determine his status. And if his status is not legit deport him simple. Shyne will be a breath of fresh air for the rap world with hits such as Bad Boyz" (Featuring Barrington Levy),"That's Gangsta" and "Bonnie & Shyne" (Featuring Barrington Levy) this was just a tip of the iceberg of what the rap nation received from this talented rapper. A lot of people will be waiting to see what he will say about P.Diddy and also if in song he will have a feud with 50 Cent. If man has committed the crime and did the time released him.

i don't know who it is, but if they did something wrong i believe they should stay in prison. If they were wrongly accused then they should be released.
