Simple answer: be awesome.

Long answer: it's a very-competitive school, especially for international students. Their admissions page for international students claims that they have something like TWO THOUSAND applications for about ONE HUNDRED seats.

You can increase your chances of being admitted by reviewing their international-student page, which I just embedded in the previous paragraph, and making it your life's goal to do even more than the minimum requirements they've listed. They want you to write an essay, so be sure that you can write a technically-competent, but also interesting, essay. Study hard for the standardized tests that you have to take - and the higher you score, the better, of course. They also want to interview you in person (they send out someone to do that in your area, it seems) so work on interview skills.

It's going to be tough to get in, but it's obviously possible, so be prepared to do some serious work between now and application time. Good luck!

Admissions for MIT are very competitive. See the info for international applicants here:

You'll need excellent grades and test scores, and then something more. If they see things like passion for your subject, a curious mind, drive and initiative, that will all be good.

I'm not sure how you can acquire those things if you don't have them, but if you do have them then think about what you can do that would be an expression of that. Something which can be seen and understood by others, for example, projects that you could work on.

On the other hand don't be intimidated and think you need to be some kind of superhuman to get into places like MIT either. :)
