Cinnamon is alleged to stabilize blood sugar, although research has not established whether it actually can. Even if it does have a moderate effect, it is not a cure.

Cinnamon can help both diabetics and cholesterol, also some studies support the use of cinnamon in the treatment of diabetes and cholesterol, but need further large scale studies.
