My favorite recipe involving bacon is a cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped, chicken breast that I like to do. Here's a link with a simplified version (I tend to add more to it, like roasted garlic in the cream cheese or cajun spice on the chicken breast!

Great Appetizer or hors d'oeuvres: Take water chestnuts, wrap them in (raw) bacon, and put a toothpick through it. Then, soak in worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes. Then place them on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven at 300F until bacon is cooked.
Enjoy! They taste amazing.
