Thinking to much haveing so much on your mind make it hard to get the rest we need much less going to sleep try to relax and feel you are in a relaxing
place and it will help same say when you are in bed try to look at your belly button if you can for a while it really helps drink warm milk that will help and sometimes and please dont do to much just every now and then use sleep meds thay relax you and help restore your sleeping .

you may just have too much on your mind, that's a very common cause of not being able/wanting to go to sleep when your body is tired. Look at it like a fight, your mind wants to stay awake and think, your body wants to go to sleep, for some reason or another the mind wins!!! good luck getting some rest
