Why is anorexia a disease and not obesity? I think they are both equally bad but more people are fat then anorexic!

Well that would sort of be like comparing apples to oranges.
Not every skinny person is anorexic. Not every anorexic person is skinny.
Being underweight would be the symptom, anorexia is the condition.
But obesity is not a condition. You can be obese with no cause (other than metabolism)... Obesity could be a symptom of, say, binge eating though.
But a person can binge eat and not be obese, or they can be obese and not binge eat.
So anorexia is just like binge-eating. (The condition)
And obesity is just like being underweight. (The symptom).
You can't really compare the two. Obesity is not a condition that you can have, like anorexia.
And binge eating IS a diseases, which often CAUSES obesity, but obesity is not the disease itself.
If you were to call obesity a disease, you'd also have to call being skinny a disease.
