Why does meat have to be so nasty? I'm seriously considering going vegetarian. Food without weird fatty & grizzly parts=awesome.

Veins an grissel, two big contributors to my conversion to vegetarianism over 15 years ago. I'm considered lacto-ovo vegetarian. I still eat dairy and eggs. The first year my diet also included seafood which made me pesco-lacto-ovo.

I find eating out easiest when I select ethnic restaurants. My favorites are Indian, a culture that truly understands vegetarians and Greek for the falafel.
