You picked Health so I'm assuming that you mean colored lenses in sunglasses?
If so the 4 basic colors of use are a pinkish rose, brown bronze, grey, and yellow. I'm sure there are tons of other colors but these colors appear the most in sunglasses.
Rose - Best for fishing and golfing. This has to do with the way they cut glare. They can allow you see into the water when fishing and more easily see your golf ball among the grass.
Brown/bronze - These tend to be the best multipurpose glasses. Good for driving.
Grey - These are the darkest. They really are not the best at anything. It's kind of funny they were really the first color but not of much use. They filter straight across the spectrum so they basically just dim everything.
Yellow - These are shooter glasses. They are the lightest so they dim the least. The color makes seeing things against the sky much easier. I'm not sure what other use they have.
