I prefer the Fusion. The five blades are less irritating than the three blades. Also, the battery operated version works even better. It adds a little bit to the cost but it provides a closer shave.

I like Mach 3 but Fusion last longer. I can shave for a couple of months with one fusion blade set.
Mach 3. I've used both off and on, and for my face, I've noticed a much closer shave with the Mach 3 than the Fusion.

I've used Mach 3 for a few years. I got a Fusion when I was sans-shaver traveling but went back to the Mach once the blade went.
Last year I decided to go goatee-stash, and am glad I did.
Tip: drying off the blade a little after use will extend life. It's not cutting that dulls it as much as corrosion. (if you want to really get serious/ridiculous about blade life here http://tinyurl.com/d6hguv
