Tamiflu is only available in the US by prescription. You can ask your practitioner to give you a Rx, but th eCDC has instructed them not to if it is just for "in case I get the flu." There is a shortage of Tamiflu, plus there is great concern that the H1N1 Swine flu virus wil become resistant to Tamiflu.
