First off don't take any otc vitamins and mineral supplements they are isolated chemicals manufactured in a laboratory ans are highly toxic.

What you need is nutrients form whole foods. The best place to get these nutrients is from organ meats, this is where the blood flows the densest amount of vitamins/minerals/nutrients. The first thing a carnivore eats when it kills another animal is its glands and intestines.

RAW bee pollen and RAW royal jelly are also excellent choices, but for now lets focus on the BEST.

To get the maximum amount of nutrients the meat MUST be raw. Since you are not a raw foodist you will have to opt for freeze-dried organ meat. There are natural doctors who prescribe the stuff. No need for that though.

Bodybuilders have been taking them since the early 1900. (look up vince gironda). The most general and popular one was liver. I suggest tha you start with dessicated liver or if you are brave enough whole raw organic liver.

but this is not the time to turn you into a raw foodist, just to get you a solid suppplement that you will feel results with. Liver.

I recommned you get organic non-defatted (liver is low-fat anyway) dessicated liver. Other liver pills are bound to be from feedlot cattle and dried at a higher temperature and loaded with fillers. Liver is the most popular of all the organ meat supplements and the most used.

Here is a site that experimented between laboratory nutrients and ones manufactured by the body. You can also order from this site.

You can order it here, they are one of the best.

http://www.leviticus11.com/antiftg.htm.

The reason you don't get fatigued on liver is because it has large amounts of all the b vitamins that get aborded 100% and PERFECT heme iron that is the same composition as the iron in your blood.

They recommend you start slow, I don't. Take as much as you want.

There are other dried organs you can take I take them raw. RAW bee pollen and RAW royal jelly are excellent. If you want the best nutrients you will have to get them from food, makes sense.

There are many WHOLE food supplements you can take I emphasize on the words WHOLE and FOOD.

Hearts is nice so is kidney.Just freeze-dry any major organ for a good supplement. Also whatever illness you have just take the corresponding organ and you will have all the nutrients for the healing of that organ.

Most importantly don't try to get any otc isolated vitamins they are toxic and cannot be utilized by the body. They are one of the biggest scams in history , yep even worst than snake oil. You will lose a ton of money and vitality by taking them.

Tell me if your energy doesn't triple on the liver supplements. Take like a tablespoon or two a day.

I don't personally recommend taking any vitamin/supplements unless your doc recommends it. If you do, please do not take too much of B6. B6 overdose can cause nerve damage in your hands and feet. It sometimes can be reversed, but is sometimes permanent. This is not a joke or hysterical response, it is a documented problem and, yes, as cliche as it sounds, it did happen to a friend of mine. She took a multivitamin and a B complex supplement. It doesn't take much, especially when you consider that the recommended dose of B6 is less than 2 mg for most adults. Please be careful and consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

Unless you are eating organically from the four food groups, you need vitamins and minerals to supplement what you are missing. If you can only afford one supplement, most would say Omega 3 fatty acids or COQ10. Vitamin D is often overlooked as well and connected to health problems if you don't get enough. The sun is a natural source of vitamin D but is often commercialized as bad to sell sunscreen.
