what fruits are bad for diabetic and what fruits are not bad?

Diabetic eating is not about what is "good" and what is "bad", it is about finding a balancing and knowing what you are eating. Even if you are diabetic that doesn't mean you can't have a piece of chocolate, it just means you have to plan that piece of chocolate into your day. What you need to do is take advantage of the information available online that will tell you the number of carbs you can find in a particular type of fruit! (see my sources for some places to go for this info)

If you need a more exact answer and don't want to look at the source sites here is a quick rundown of some fruits for you:

Good Fruits (low carb) - Lemon, Rhubarb and Most Berries
Bad Fruits (high carb) - Cherries, Grapes, Bananas and dried fruits

firstly there is nothing like good food or bad but that some foods or rather fruits are really helpful than others for like Walnuts, Garlic, Cinnamon, SalaciaOblonga...............they really helpful to diabetics. i read all this from the times wellness site so if u want any more information regarding food or exercise etc please do check out on the site.
