I like to lay down and imagine that I'm alone on a beach. I try to imagine the sound of the waves and feel the sun warming me. Just keep imagining the peace and tranquility of the place you have imagined. I also concentrate on my breathing. I breath in through my nose for a 5 count, hold for 5 and then breath out of my mouth for 5.
This always works for me...although sometimes, my mind is so clear and I'm so relaxed that I end up falling asleep.

I like to do this one. I will inhale slow and deep saying inhale in my mind. Then while exhaling I will say exhale in my mind. Repeating this is very relaxing for me.
