What do you do when the wheel and that "T" thing break off your skateboard? can you repair it? or do you need to get a new one from sk8shop?

That "T" thing is called a "truck" as I understand. Typcially, trucks are bolted onto the board. If the board hasn't been damaged, you can probably buy a new truck (and wheels) and bolt it to the board. If the board is damaged, it will probably be better if you get a new skateboard.
I'm sure if you take it in, the nice teenagers at the shop will help you out.
