There's an old doctor's joke about how you tell the difference between a bad cold and the flu: if you saw M$100 sitting on the window sill, and you feel too ill to get out of bed and pick it up, you've got flu.

Suffers of Swine Flu almost always have a fever, as well as other typical flu symptoms like feeling very tired, sore head, throat, or muscles, a cough or runny nose, loss of appetite, diarrhoea and vomiting.
