I once had a friend tell me about a fantastic salad his wife prepared. It was called the Walford Salad. That is not a typo. Dr Walford was a nutritionist focused on eating for longevity. When I searched for the salad recipe, I landed on Dr. Walford's web site. This site is full of basic nutrition information, recipes and tools for healthier eating. I hope you enjoy it.

I also found TheDailyPlate the best community for those attempting weight-loss. The calorie tracker is excellent.
