Lot's of products and therapies available. But the best thing you can do is throw away the cigarettes you still have in your home and don't buy new ones. Don't go near stores where they sell them and sit it out.

It's temptation that's sabotaging most efforts, when you don't have anything around you can't get tempted.

ok...

first is whenever you smoke from now on.....do it very slowly ...very very slowly.......with complete awareness..............this alone is enough to make you quit smoking........(not going into too much details).......the more aware one becomes of anything without any judgements.......that thing diminishes..

secondly....increase your will power....do navel chakra work.....do stretch pose of kundalini yoga and you can also do "nabhi kriya" of kundalini yoga...just google them....they help with addictions....by working on navel chakra you increase your will power and much much more..
