does anybody knows why i having numbness on my left thigs?

Did you get hit there or exposed to the cold? If you suddenly got numb, then it could be something serious.
You will have to provide more info, for a clearer answer. What things are you referring to? Your butt? That can hapen if you sit for too long or in a way that slows or stops blood circulation. That happened to me once, it took a while to get the my feeling back.
