need to lose some weight fast before saturday, dont really care if its healthy?

so im trying to drop as much weight as i can in the next 3 days. i know rappid weight loss is not healthy, but im wearing a belly shirt and i will NOT let myself look flabby! i know its not healthy, but im just going out on a limb here, this is kind of important to me. i was thinking just fasting on green tea and water. but then i thought maybe lettuce and cucumber too? i dont know if when fasting its better to just not eat at all? can anyone help me out here? whats the best way to drop it quick? even if i will gain it back afterr.. thanks!=)

Try to eat uncooked vegetables, this speeds up metabolism. So in 3 days you will not just look thinner but 'cleanse' your body too. Diced carrots with olive oil are especially good. I know that oil unlockes some vitamin in a carrot that breaks down the fats. (Can't remember what it's called)

Freshly squeesed fruit juices are rich in vitamins and also help weight loss, while keeping you hidrated and nutritioned.

Finally, do some excercise. Dieting alone will probably not make you appear much slimmer.

If it is the stomach area that concerns you more, work on abdominal and stomach muscles. I found this video on youtube, it's very old and a bit cheesy, but it's a great illustration on how to work on abs.

Before and after you excercise you need to warm up and stretch. Streching is great to make the muscles leaner. My favourite stretch that accompanies crunches is lying flat on the back with knees bent and lifting your backside up aand down. This way you do two things at once, tighten your rear and stretch abdominal muscles.

ok
do 3 sets of 15 diamond push ups in the morning an right before you shower
3 sets=45 push ups

this will allow you to loose maybe about 3-7 pounds
but if you continue to do 3 sets of each every day
you will see results ova time

Try drinking plenty of water in the morning, every 10 minutes one glass of water for total of 3 glasses before breakfast. If you are not used to this you will feel a little abdominal cramp, but that's because of the gas. You can only eat a few breakfast since your stomach is full of water and you will feel full.

At lunch, eat and tuna sandwich and 1 apple and drink again 3 glasses of water.

At dinner time eat wheat bread with tea or coffee.

Then for the belly, do sit ups. That is lay on your back, bend your knee, and try to raise your shoulders just enough to tighten your belly. This is the best exercise to tone down your abs. Don't sit up beyond 45 deg. because you are not using your abs then but your back muscle and this can cause back pain. Do this for 10 repetitions with 10 sets.

This is a "quick fix" solution. Not recommended for more than 2-3 days.

Morning: 1 cup hot water with juice of fresh squeezed lemon
1 small can of tomato juice or one fresh tomato

Lunch: All the salad you want (romaine/leaf lettuce) tomato. Dressing
recommended is fresh lemon or olive oil and vinegar.
Herbal tea is desired.

Dinner: Steak and a protein shake. Or, fish and a protein shake.

It's tuff but it works quickly.

You only have 3 days. A few situps will not make a difference.

Simply put 1lb of fat = about 3200-3500 calories. So, what you essentially need to do is figure out how many lbs you want to lose and burn that many calories X the number of lbs.
A good, intense, 1 hour ride on a stationary bike might burn 800-1000 calories (Thats very intense) You would have to do some pretty intense activity for 3 days, and not eat hardly anything, to lose just a few lbs of fat.
