If it's only during movies then narcolepsy is unlikley to be the cause. More likely she's just tired at the times you end up watching movies.

If she falls alseep throughout the day unexpectedly for a few minutes up to an hour then it could be narcolepsy.

I am not a doctor.
Narcolepsy most commonly manifests itself in the daytime while the subject should be awake.
I fall asleep during movies a lot as well.
Maybe we just watch boring movies.
