Is not getting fever a good sign?

i didn't get fever for the past 3 years. can i take for granted that i am healthy? my friend is telling that getting fever once in 6 months drives away bad infections. please advice.

Hey....I have a funny experience with these....

One of my aunt, she never never gets fever....She always try to get it but she can not....she many times wet towel keep on her head and she get bath for 1/2 hours but she unable to get fever.

Doctors are also unable to explain why? So I don't know why this is?

I can not say U r healthy or not....because I am not a professional.
