is it true some boys grow boobs?

i noticed my cousin was growing boobs, and his mom said that it is normal for some boys to grow boobs and that they go away soon. but this combined with her not letting him get a haircut has him confused for a girl all the time. we decided to dress him up like a girl sompletely to see what he would look like, his mom took some pictures and then we made this video, he is the one in the white

i think she likes for him to look like a girl, she did always want a daughter, lol.

no spoof, i told you he looked like a girl, nobody believes me he is really a boy, sometimes not even in person, lol

His mom is right. The presence of female-type breasts in males is called gynecomastia. It is fairly common in adolescents but usually disappears before adulthood. Most newborn males have transient gynecomastia, and the incidence increases in older men as well. The most common cause is hormonal: Newborns have been exposed to maternal hormones during pregnancy, puberty can cause temporary hormonal imbalance, and testosterone levels are often decreased in older men.

Funny. Baby boys (and girls for that matter) can come out of the womb with boobs because of the hormones they're exposed to in the womb. They go away after the hormones go away (after birth).
Older guys can also get them if they have a hormone imbalance, or if they take hormones for some other reason.

As boys go through their normal growth and development, they at a point have a sort of boobs. Normally however, these breast enlargement resolves and they grow. There are boys/guys however who will have enlarged breasts due to hormonal imbalance. These condition is called - gynecomastia.

Yes, it is normal. I also hope he's not developing a complex by people making fun of him.

This condition is called Gynecomastia. It can happen in male infants, male teens, and grown men. In teens, it is related to changes in hormones. It usually goes away on its own.
