I know exactly what you are talking about and I've always found it odd too! It certainly makes me not want to spend my money. That being said, I believe this was for Alli, and I have personally tried it and it doesn't work unless you eat more fat than you would normally when dieting, yet it tells you to diet, it's confusing.

That doesn't sound like an appropriate statement, since you are taking the supplement to lose excess weight. And since some weight loss supplements have been found to cause other health issues... seems like saying you have nothing to lose is a little cavalier.
