That really depends on what it is you are drinking. Three halves of lager for example, within an hour is a little more than social drinking, but not sure this could be called binge drinking, however 3 halves of WINE, would be a different matter altogether.
Ye, binge drinking is dangerous, consider your liver and what it has to deal with all of a sudden, nothing all week, then BANG loads of alcohol to cope with.
Do it like me, drink steadily all week LOL - only joking.

No, if you stop your drinking at 3 drinks only.10 drinks in 3 hours may be binge drinking. It is basically drinking alcoholic beverages with the primary intention of becoming intoxicated by heavy consumption of alcohol over a short period of time. in 3 drinks sure your are not going to get intoxicated, but in 10 drinks stretched over 3 hours you may. Formerly, most countries defined the term as a multi-day heavy drinking session during which the drinker neglects usual responsibilities and otherwise behaves recklessly. In Russia, many people often still define it this way.

No. Binge drinking is when you are drinking out of control more then your body can handle. So if 3 is too much for your body in one hour then yes you are binge drinking.
