I want to try Wheat Bread/Olive oil however, I have an illeostomy, fibre is not my friend. options?
I have tried whole wheat bread in the past but it tends to give me a bloated feeling in my stomache, not a full feeling. Most diets push high fibre foods, fibre is not friendly to my digestive system, I find it hard to eat healthier foods without consequences, what suggestions do you have?

- Chew high fiber foods carefully.
- Try new high fiber foods (or any food) one at a time. If a new food gives you problems, eliminate it for a few weeks, but try it again later.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Start with a small amount.
- bran cereals
- fresh fruit
- vegetables (raw and cooked)
- whole wheat breads
- whole grain cereals
