You are in the high risk group. So You should get it. It is good for you since you works in the healthcare field.
About being pregnant, I am not sure the effects the vaccine can have on the baby.
You work in healthcare field. so you may know better by talking to your peers.

No,It is not know what the effects on an unborn child are.

It is truly up to you if you want to get it. You need to weigh out if your risks are higher to get the H1N1 virus or take a chance of hurting your unborn baby.

What are you in the healthcare field? Do you have direct contact with the general public in an ER setting? then if you say yes you may want to get it.

It would be better if you contact a professional doctor regarding this issue. Also if possible, why don't you stay at home till you give birth to your child ?
