How many showers a day did Katharine Hepburn take?
Did Kate carry around some kind of guilt? For what? A death in her family? Was she a modern Lady Macbeth?

Although Kate Hepburn mentioned this in many interviews, it has not been speculated upon, and probably only she herself knows the true reason.
