Clinically, infant male circumcision is a minor surgery in which a doctor removes the excess skin off the penis which known as a prepuce. This surgery is done to avoid phimosis, which is a condition in which contraction of prepuce of the male penis takes place. Intercourse and sex is very painful with phimosis condition and this condition leads to dyspareunia.

That's why Dr Morris' claim that circumcision will save your baby's life when the lowest infant mortality rates are non-circumcising nations. It is because circumcision provides good hegiene and prevents some problems.
