usually I meditate.. I do recapitulation (see Carlos Castaneda books at scribd.com for this) improving my capacity to remember.. days of my life.. years... lost memories... years of my Childhood,infancy and something that seems to be other life.

for example in a confortable position,I close my eyes ,then I immagine me:

... looking down to a scale that bring to an underground cavern .. here there is allthing light... in the cavern there is a complete darkness and silence... so I'm going down in the carvern trought the scale... slowly... the scale is long but I more I go down and more silence and darkness there is..... so going down I don't care about things that come to me.. I only observe.... and I let go... I manage my attention without lose awarness of what I'm doing... then there I can do whatever I want manageing my attention I can explore dreams... enter a dream focusing on an image and be lucid and knowing I'm dreaming... use your fantasy to develop this technique!
