To practice wellness you need to focus your efforts on improving your mind, your body, your soul, living space, money, career, life, and have fun. There is no one thing you can do to be well. However, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything in life. So, even if you had the best career, the most fun in your life, but you are feeling sick, then you are not well. It's important to "feel good" to be well. There are a lot of things people can do to practice wellness, everything from practicing yoga, believing in feng shui, exercising, drinking water to flush out the toxins in your body, eating fruits and vegetables, or simply taking a deep breath. Wellness is a combination of things, and it's not just one thing, but the answer most would say would be to lead a balanced life. Not everyone has a balanced life, yet it's just something to think about leading to reach your wellness goals.

There are a lot of wellness products out there, from inspirational books, videos, etc. yet in the end, wellness can only start with one person, and that's you!

I've studied a number of tools and techniques... there are some I use and some that don't fit me as well.

The primary tool I use for health is hypnosis (visualization). There has been so much research and personal usefulness using hypnosis. I've used hypnosis to get over colds to making money. For me, it continues to be the foundational tool for all my work.

Other tools I use on a regular basis: symbology, Reiki, tarot, herbs... I pull from the Huna tradition as well as the Native American traditions.

I try to put good things in my body....fresh, vitamin and nutrient rich foods and drinks.  In addition, I try to not be stressed out and enjoy life.  Enjoying life is what wellness is all about.
