Talk to companies that are in the same niche as the device that you made. If your patent is strong enough, you should be able to discuss it with them and try to license it to them. You might negotiate between 3% and 7% of the revenues as license fee, I've been told.

Do lots of background reading before you start such negotiations. And don't try to start yourself if you have neither budget nor marketing experience.
