Stress relieve techniques include:
Believe it or not your own natural environment helps relieve stress.
Walk it off, it's not only healthy but it reduces stress also.
Listen to soft soothing music.
Go work out.
Vent your stress, call a friend and just let it all out.
Yoga is a great stress reliever, if your into that.

The very best stress relievers are exercise. Walk, ride a bike or stationary bike, or any other exercise you like to do. It is better than taking medication for stress.
Also do deep breathing exercises. Breath in through your nose and blow out through your mouth, make sure your stomach area moves up and down as you breath. If, like me it was my chest area moving up and down and they your body does not get enough oxygen.
