Have you heard of or tried "visual guided meditation"? Do you think it might be interesting to try? Thanks!

I am starting this service and would like to find out how much interest there is in this particular type of meditation. For some who have trouble with visualization, it might work for you.

yes, I love guided meditations, it is a really fast way to relax at the end of the day, I have downloaded for free many guided meditations, there is no market for selling meditations since so many are available for free online. I do meditate on my own as well but when I need that quick fix, I pop in the cd or play the mp3, I like the ones that guide you through focusing on all the different body parts...."breath into your feet, breath into your ankles" etc. I have a harder time when the speaker is talking about chakras, if it is kept to the physical body parts I think it is much more useful.
Asker's Rating:
• Thanks for your feedback! The type of meditation I refer to is visual, which makes it a little different than what you describe, but I do appreciate your comments about what you like and don't like regarding the audio part, and the fact that "so much is free" ....will continue to explore.

Thanks!

Yes, you can see a good example of this in the movie Fight Club.

"Now we're gonna open our heart chakras". :)

I think it would work great for beginners who may not have the patience to do traditional meditation.
