- improve your memory (remember more, recollect faster, recollect more accurately ...)
- improve attention and focus (able to concentrate for longer periods of time without disruption, don't get distracted as easily ...)
- help with 'brain health' which seems to be all the rage nowadays with the prevalence of Alzheimer's (nutrients that help protect nervous tissue cells, brain cells, slow down degeneration or the onset of diseases ...)
These are the Supplement companies answer to the Pharmaceutical big boys ... and how everyone does not want to try and get a hold oh Adderall or doesn't feel safe taking drugs that weren't prescribed to them:

As for Focus Fast, it looks like it has money behind it. That may not exactly equate to results, but check who the makers are ... I wouldn't be surprised if it was BSN, EAS, or any other of the big guys.

I do not have any experience with that product in particular, but I can tell you this, supplements like this are not required by the FDA to actually substantiate their claims (as regulated pharmaceuticals are required to do), which means they can pretty much say whatever they want without backing it up. I can guarantee you that they do not have the studies to back up their claims, which means that although it's possible that it works, it almost certainly does not work any better than a placebo would.

On the contrary, supplements are required to have substantiated claims. You can check the dietary supplement act of 1994. please do not post information that is false.
