America is really obsessed by this energy inadequacy, and it seems to be money spent on a subject that isn't important. Josta, Rock Star, Jolt Cola, Monster Energy, 5 Hour Energy, Mountain Dew, and now this Energy Boost. I used to be quite addicted to caffeine, going through tons of soda every day. One time I was told to stop because of an operation, and I started drinking water. Since then I've never needed to drink anything but water.
There are many ways to keep yourself energized without having to spend 3-6 dollars every time you want to drink something, and most of them don't involve chemicals that might do damage in the long run:

Exercise, getting some sunlight, and music are all great ways to keep up your energy, and they're much cheaper.

If you read the associated content article, you will see that the energy boost, a vitamin B-12 only product, is one of the recommendations. I am not going to vote your answer as a best answer because I was asking for someone who had tried it and I don't believe that you really were familiar with your sourcing material.
