Does NyQuil have a decongestant in it?

It depends on what kind of Nyquil you take.

Nyquil D which is only available is syrup form contains a nasal decongestant called Pseudoephedrine.

Nyquil Sinus contains the decongestant Phenylephrine

Nyquil Cold/Flu formerly contained Pseudoephedrine but no longer does

No other Nyquil products contain decongestants.

Yes, apparently nowadays it contains a decongestant phenylephrine, which is according to the article linked below less effective than the "old standby", pseudoephedrine, which has been getting more closely regulated due to its usage in the production of crystal meth.
