Sleep problems are common, whether you have celiac disease or not. There can be thousands of underlying causes completely independent of the gluten intolerance: excessive weight, too much caffeine, stress, etc. The only way to know for sure is to talk to a doctor. She can investigate what kind of sleep disruptions you're having and try to find the underlying cause. It can be tied in to the celiac, but it's just as likely to be any of the other things that cause millions of people to lose sleep.
