Does anyone know the half-life of Tylenol PM and why it can not be counteracted with coffee?

Tylenol PM contains acetamininopen (half-life 2-3 hours) and diphenhydramine (2-8 hours). The sedating effect is due to the diphenhydramine, an antihistamine which is also used as an over-the-counter sleeping aid. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant, but it has no effect on the histamine receptors affected by diphenhydramine.
