There some antihismine given in allergy like cetirize HCl,Loratidine,Ketotifen etc.Some advise may help like using face mask,avoid carpet in room,giving bedding in sun weekly,avoid cats,dogs,birds,flower garden, dust environment,avoid cold drinks,avoid allergen food like beef,egg,some fish etc,ensure proper ventilation in room,dry up after sweating.
