According to LA Times, as of 4/28,

Hi there,

As of 28/04/09 - there are 273 confirmed deaths. However this statistic could rise as time progresses.

Check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_swine_flu_outbreak for regular updates on the amount of deaths.
