I like Listerine strips, but I usually prefer chewing gum as it actually feels like you have something in your mouth to keep chewing on. I think the concept of Listerine strips are good though, and they do fight bacteria which is another added bonus. I think the mouthwash works better for the most part with fighting bacteria and freshening breath. I like the idea of the Listerine strips with whitening, if they really can make your teeth whiter, now that's neat. I wish they came with more than 24 strips in one package, as sometimes you want to have more than one within a few minutes. I do not believe they fight plaque. To fight plaque you need to use real mouthwash and toothpaste.

Yes, I am a big fan of listerine strips. Once you get past the initial "that's so strong it feels like I'm being punched in the face with a minty boxing glove" I have found that they definitely freshen the breath. But no, in my experience they do not get the plaque off your teeth.
They are only for breath freshening.
I like them okay, they kinda have a waxy after taste, but that is to be expected. It does dissolve uber fast.
Personally, I prefer gum for my breath freshening needs. Lately, it has been Stride's Always Mandarin. They taste like orange tic tacs. I love it.

Pfizer’s Listerine type are sugar free, so they won’t have a negative impact on oral health. In fact, Pfizer’s breath strips contain chemicals that help fight bacteria, and may actually improve oral health.
Personally I don't understand why someone would put it in their mouth if it's that strong. Maybe I just have sensitive taste buds or something but my face always cringed when I used those, so I stopped.
I think seeing someone with a cringy face is more of a reason to avoid them than their bad breath... just a thought. :-)
