Continental pilot dies of natural causes - how does that work? SOMEONE should have known he was at risk, right? His doctor? The airline?

Natural cause deaths can be unexpected. Take for example the number of athletes that die playing a sport, you might not expect them to have problems but with the complexity of the human body such things can just happen.
