It can be the equal to a crash diet or with the right attitude a way to junp start a "do over" in life. I suggest writing down- before you attend- why you are considering it, and what permanant changes you are willing to make in your life afterwards. You know you will be happier if you can get your health under control-including the diet. I've seen some do it once a year balancing it with the regular routine you can work with. Post some signs around home and work like- "I'm not going to quit period". It takes will power but you can do it.
Put together an after Boot Camp routine before you go and stick with it. We all want to ba a champion of something...how about your own health? I say do it and you will be a much happier person in the end !!! Go for it !

A fitness boot camp is a good way to start if you want to get into exercising. If you are already fit, you probably will be better going to the gym or practicing your favorite sport.

Being fit is a way of life. It is the way you eat, have fun and live every day. If you want to get in shape a boot camp may be the first step, then you should make a plan on how to switch your lifestyle to make it worth.

I observed The fitness boot camp they had at my gym. They would all enter the gym where we were playing basketball. They would come in smiling laughing, making the usual greeetings. By the end of it they were groaning, angry and unsure of their decision making ability.

If staying in physical shape requires that you are scolded and pushed beyond limits by a 25 year old adhd twat with a whistle, then you should change your motivation for exercise.

If you exercise because you love life and you want to live a happy productive life then you will exercise for its real value and enjoy it. Boot Camps are the equivalent of a person saying they are dieting by starving themselves.

just my opinion

They are only worth it if you are willing to change your life style. Being fit and staying in shape is a lifestyle and not a hobby. If you are will to do that, yes it is worth it.
