Anyone know anything for nausea besides the obvious nausea meds? I am dying over here. Boo

The best foods to eat when you feel nauseated are low-fat, plain foods, such as dry soda crackers. For mild nausea, drink ginger tea. When nausea is more intense, try a stronger dose of ginger, available in gelatin capsules of 500 milligrams in most health food stores.

Ginger is very good to settle an upset stomach.... either in ginger ale or in an over the counter capsule. Soda crackers.... Good luck... If you feel this way for a day or so... you should go to your Doctor... lots of bad stuff out there these days.
